The Shifting Spirit Eye DOES have the abiliaty to pass! As an added twist any breeding of the 2023 Ascension Dragon -Shifting Spirit dragon has the ability to pass Horn Pigment Essence!

Essence horn pigment can only go on the Antlers horn!
